Norway is at the beginning of the green shift, and like most serious companies, we also set ourselves the goal of becoming climate neutral. Trees are nature's method of capturing CO2.
Trevadder plants the right trees in the right places and develops Norway's first commercial climate forests.
So far, more than 100.000 trees have been planted, which over time will bind thousands of tons of CO2.

Through climate compensation measures, we ultimately want to fulfill the UN's Sustainable Development Goals No. 13 and 15:
Take immediate action to combat climate change and its impacts. Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of ecosystems, ensure sustainable forest management, combat desertification, halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.

100% traceability
Trevadder has full traceability throughout the entire value chain from seed to plant and to forest.
After 2 years in the greenhouse, the plants are placed in the climate forest soil.
We plant the right trees in the right places.
By planting around 300 trees per hectare in carefully selected locations, we take every step of the planting process with great care. Trevadder also achieves biodiversity by avoiding monocultures and ensuring that the area becomes a place where both animals and plants can thrive. All of which ensures the absolute best conditions for the tree and for future generations.
